The beautification of the traffic island in front of Our Lady of Bethlehem Church, Chandor reminds us about the traditional village feast and the tableau of the three wise men or three kings as they are known.
The traffic island here is also beautified with the theme of the three kings. It will be good if authorities name this traffic circle as 'Three Kings Circle’ as it is right in front of Chandor church.
Our MLA Clafasio Dias and the village panchayat can take up the issue and do the needful in the interest of public.
Also the electricity pole which is right in the middle of the traffic circle needs a coat of paint so that everything looks neat.
Hope the Power department pays heed to this before the monsoon.
