Ola reputation at risk in Goa

Ola electric bikes, promoted across India as fuel-saving and economical, are facing serious service issues in Goa. The Ola showroom and service centre at Verna has reportedly failed to provide proper after-sales support.

Many customers complain their bikes remain unrepaired for months, with no spare parts available. Several users have filed complaints with the RTO, stating that their bikes have been lying unattended outside the showroom for four to six months.

Customers allege that once the bikes are sold, Ola neglects problems related to battery replacement, repairs, and maintenance. Though many Goans purchased these bikes to reduce fuel costs, the lack of technicians and service staff has left thousands of vehicles idle.

Frustrated users have launched an agitation, displaying banners warning others not to buy OLA electric bikes due to poor service and unavailability of parts. It is in the interest of Ola to resolve these issues promptly to restore its goodwill and market trust.
