Goan are a dissatisfied lot with the performance of the political parties and their leadership over decades and have lost complete faith in the way the State is managed.
Most of the national parties lack democracy within and is dominated by one or a few leaders with others having little or no say. Moreover, some members do not get information about the happenings inside the party and are caught off-guard, demoralising them time and again.
The top positions in many political parties are generally controlled by one or two seniors or a team close to them and later deal unfairly for their own gains.
Money and muscle power also plays a major role, especially during elections as they only focus on winning the election and for that, they look for rich candidates or candidates who can find wealthy sponsors, who are able to influence the voters.
The only way for voters to take a satisfactory call is, all parties must declare the alliance partners, sitting candidates and the CM candidate at the earliest, which will play a vital role in the 2022 election.
