People should desist from walking their dogs in public

People should desist from walking their dogs in public

Some people take their pet dogs for a walk in public places. Owners of these dogs proceed along the road with great ease. Such a practice could be detrimental to travellers and pedestrians. Some dogs are ferocious and the owners cannot control them. Many people are terrified of dogs. Many a time, it is difficult to judge whether the dog is friendly or agitated. These canines can end up biting any member of the public resulting in adverse consequences. The authorities concerned should take note of this and prohibit the practice of people taking their pet dogs for a walk on busy roads or in public places like parks. They can very well take their dogs to places where there are no people.
