Poor after sales service dogs electric 2-wheelers

OLA has sold many two-wheelers in Goa and has selling points in various places. However the electric scooters are now in trouble as the same have come up for repairs due to sudden breakdown on roads and battery issues. Many have bought this bike to save petrol costs, pollution free using  electricity but have to pay monthly instalments. The buyers from Canacona, Ponda, Vasco and other parts have gathered at showroom in Arlem, Fatorda and have appealed people not to go for such electric scooters costing around Rs 1.60 lakh. The owner is giving false promises and no action has been taken on breakdown issues. The staff of OLA showroom say that they are only to sell the bikes and  after sales service is not their job. The government should intervene and book such dealers who advertise in big way to attract buyers but fool them on no service post sales. The government has also announced subsidy on the same but one has to run from pillar  to post to claim subsidy which is pending for months. The government should not issue licence to such manufacturers who do not have post sales service and facilities for buyer.
