At Palolem beach, there are wooden houses and some concrete structures within the No Development Zone. On wooden holiday houses, the argument is that the CRZ rules don't apply but then what about the foundations? Are the foundations not sort of permanent structures? It is well known that generally in Goa, local corrupt politicians and those with clout are bending the rules and are involved in so many violations; hence my suspicions. I request the authorities to please investigate the same.
