This is with reference to the report, "Panjim smart city protect…… - The Goan Everyday - May 20, 2025." So, how smart can a city become, that is the question. Ideally, when one talks about turning cities into smart cities, the entire city should be covered under the project. The issues that have come up now with regard to the Panjim smart city project should have been given thought to at the time of initiation of the project itself. Proper planning which includes coordination of various departments/agencies involved would have ensured smooth and timely implementation of any infrastructure project. And this goes for all infrastructure projects across the country.
