In a recent meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi told his cabinet ministers that in the hot weather they should stay hydrated and keep drinking water. The people of Delhi are saying give us clear water first, our water is gutter water, Indore denizens are saying, give us some water. Rajasthanis are saying give us piped water, often our women have to walk miles to fetch water from brackish wells.
Goans in tribal areas and forest dwellers are also asking for water first. Our PM seems to be absolutely disconnected from reality.
