PWD’s Rs 100 inspection fee is daylight robbery

The recent PWD water bills have come as a shock to many water consumers in Goa. Also, why is an amount of Rs 100 charged by the PWD as inspection charges? Is it worth paying this amount? Passing the buck, U-turns and hype of good governance are the hallmarks of this government.
