It looks like some ruling politicians have become uncomfortable with court orders to demolish illegal dwellings on government/comunidade land and needless to say that these vote banks that are promoted are the primary reasons why highly corrupt and tainted MLAs are in power. How many such dwellings have people of Goan origin dating to Liberation time (1961) is something the government has to first publicly declare. Any move to regularise these illegalities on government or comunidade lands must be challenged including using legal means. No civilized society can or should allow such illegalities.
