Sonsodification of the Western Bypass

While driving down from Benaulim to Panjim via the Western Byepass, one sees garbage strewn around at frequent intervals; during the monsoons, the area stinks to high heaven and becomes a veritable health hazard. Stray dogs and cattle foraging for food further scatter the trash on the road. Why doesn’t Minister Mauvin install cameras at such critical locations to nab the culprits instead of talking about putting up AI-powered (whatever that means) cameras all over? If this state of affairs continues, perhaps commuters will bypass the Byepass altogether in the next few years.
