At the recent “ 2-day Super Express” Assembly session the Goa government refused to give the Opposition details on Section 17/2 of TCP act conversions with respect to the regional plan citing the case in courts as "subjudice". But interestingly, the “subjudice” excuse does not stop the Goa TCP ministry from continuing to convert so much land under the said controversial TCP act at such a fast rate. Why the double standards? Does it not look like “subjudice” is being used as a convenient excuse to deceitfully hide details from the public? The Goa government (consisting of public servants) is for the first time having such a short assembly and still they are avoiding giving important answers to the tax paying citizens. Are Goans okay to receiving such service from the Goan Ministers?
