Some Goan politicians know how to take advantage of the present situation. Yes soon after the news spread all over Goa regarding the 40-year-old niz Goenkar house being demolished on comunidade land, the Dabolim MLA lost no time to say that all the old houses on comunidade land must be made illegal. His intention even earlier was to make the houses of the outsiders legal whom the BJP government claims that they are 'bhumiputra'. It's clearly shows that BJP government is eyeing the comunidade lands in Goa and they are less interested in Goans but more interested to give all the rights to outsiders who are their vote banks and remaining benefits to be enjoyed by government of Goa.
