The task before the opposition parties is to question,criticize and point out the wrongdoings of the ruling party, so that it can takecorrective action. But the reality in Goa is the opposition parties arepromoting themselves by showcasing the wrongs of the ruling party. Most Goans are aware of what's happening.What they want to see is change in the quality of lives which is not happening.We all remember the last election slogan 'chowkidar chor hai'. This wasnegative campaigning and we know in the end what happened. It never worked. NizGoemkars are now keeping respective eyes and ears open, not forgetting thebitter lessons of the past. They are feeling let down by both the ruling andthe opposition. Now that elections are not far, let us prepare to celebrate thereal Liberation day. It is time to work on strategies to bring to power peoplewho will matter to serve you better. Don't get fooled, it is time to think outof the box.
