According to the website, the tourist-centric scene is prevalent mostly in North Goa, with an international flair that is now skewing more hip than hippie.
All these awards and rankings are fine and do attract a lot of tourists to the State. The key question that comes to mind are Goans really happy with the state of affairs -- the potholed roads, the poor power scenario, the water problem and the ever rising prices?
The government must act in the interest of Goans first.
