The Lancashire cops had noticed the PM Rishi Sunak not wearing his seat belt while recording a social media video in a moving car. The PM may face legal breach and may be fined £100 and if the case goes to court then he must pay £500 from his pockets and not from government treasury!
There are several examples where the high and mighty in several foreign countries who have been taken to task for minor traffic violations. Wish India had such strict cops and guilt-admitting law breakers who would imitate the example of the Britishers.
Traffic offenses are relatively trivial as compared to the venom spewed out by politicians who instigate people to riot, carry out arson, etc. against their own citizens and government properties.
Yet, such politicians are left scot-free by the public, voters and courts.
