Was heavy police team needed at Colva Church?

I think there is more than what meets the eye when Colva PI Vikram Naik went to the Colva Church with a heavy police contingent.   Surely, he would have needed approval for such a big force, so who approved it and was it done without the knowledge of the Goa Home Minister Pramod Sawant or was it done under his direction and if so why ?  There was peaceful protest/press event happening nearby by and not at the Church, so what was the pressing need to take such a large force to the church? Did the North Indian builders concerned overuse their special influence with Goa ministers, which resulted in the unnecessary police action yesterday?  I request the opposition MLAs particularly the Benaulim MLA to demand clear explanation  at the coming Assembly Session from the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant. Also, the controversial PI Vikram Naik must be dismissed and not just transferred, as else the problem will just be passed on to another part of Goa. I understand there is enough proof and complaints for the Goa police seniors to take the same action.
