Why are some shacks on comunidade land not razed?

The demolition frenzy is catching up in our state. An old widow's house was reportedly demolished at Verna, in the wee hours of Monday, giving little or no time whatsoever to the occupants or owners to make alternate arrangements for rehabilitation elsewhere. The so called government machinery descended  with a posse of labour and machinery and came hard on these beleaguered house victims, and spared no effort to level the house. The house presumably having a valid survey no, electrical and water connections, house number and probably paying house taxes had once stood for last 40 years on supposedly comunidade land. We as human beings need to show compassion and mercy towards fellow humans by welding a restraining hand in such distressing situations. Not forgetting that the daughter in law was pregnant at the time these  events transpired. Other migrant shacks and shanties springing forth specially on comunidade lands are untouched to mitigate a decisive vote bank politics but not applied to niz goemkars who have being dwelling for centuries here. I request all stakeholders and competent authorities to relook and possibly restore her dwelling without wasting any time.
