Minister for Art and Culture Govind Gaude while speaking at the Prerna Din function in Ponda, held on Sunday to commemorate martyrs late Manguesh Gaonkar and late Dilip Velip of the UTAA agitation, has criticised his own government and claimed that the administration has weakened, alleging that some officials at Shram Shakti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji, demand bribes from contractors to process their files. Well, the reason why Gaude has suddenly got activated and is heard criticising his own government then that's because he wants to save his own ministerial chair which he feels might go to somebody else in the coming days due to his own arrogance during the planned cabinet reshuffle in Goa. Well, Gaude should first try to prove his own innocence/come out clean from the infamous Kala Academy 'ghotalla', renovation work issue and then start accusing his own government of indulging in large-scale corruption in different departments to save his own ministerial chair in Goa.
