Will Chidambaram live up to his word?

Former Union Minister and AICC senior election observer P Chidambaram whilst addressing the media during his recent visit to Goa has said that the Congress will field candidates who are loyal, faithful to the party ideology and who will serve the interest of the party. But will he really live up to his word? 

I really doubt it. Because this same leader was seen mostly roaming in the company of all known backstabbers or BJP collaborators and sympathisers from his own party and even meeting a bunch of opportunist jumping jacks or habitual defectors from other parties to make secret deals rather than his own loyal party workers during his visit in Goa. Now, under such circumstances, how can one ever dream the Congress party to really rejuvenate itself and dislodge the current BJP government in the coming assembly elections in Goa?
