The yellow black taxis are operating in the state of Goa for years now and are fully operated by the Goan drivers and owners. There was a taxi service to go to Colva beach from Margao taxi stand. Our niz Goenkars have kept the yellow black taxi business alive by working hard and by a good behaviour and friendly relationship with the valuable customers who are coming from abroad and the tourists who come to Goa. The taxi driver doesn't not cheat the tourist and boast of our tourism in Goa. They know our mother tongue Konkani, English and Hindi and take the correct roads for the safe and comfortable journey to reach the passengers safely. The transport minister and the government of Goa should support our yellow black taxis to run their business peacefully without any problems. Government should not harass them anymore, remember that they live a living for their families. Because of some hurtful decisions of the government, the Goa taxi association members have to come out on the roads which disturbs the atmosphere and reputation of Goa and Goans worldwide.
