'Zero tolerance to corruption' aimed at Oppn?

Corruption will not be eliminated as long as people are unethical. People want quick money and are willing to pay those who are giving the money.  Corruption doesn't have party, religions, colour, language, it only has currency.  The AAP chose a broom as its symbol, to suggest it is sweeping the muck out of politics.  Ever since India received its independence, several corruption scandals have broken out in the country causing loss running into crores for the central and state governments.  Across the country, ‘prominent’ political leaders facing corruption charges or undergoing investigations against them, have crossed over to the BJP.  BJP suggests that the “zero tolerance to corruption” rhetoric during and after the 2014 General Election campaign which grabbed the attention of millions of people propelling it to power, seems not to be taken seriously by this government.  The much-publicized promise to bring back black money from tax havens in foreign countries has gone nowhere.  Skeletons can be found of crime and corruption in every political cupboard. Some cupboards can be opened, others not.
