I recently travelled by train from Honavar to Madgaon and witnessed the doors being blocked by canisters and drums. This made it very difficult for passengers to board and alight at stations. More importantly, it could prove extremely hazardous if a fire were to break out in the coach. The train TTE should be proactive and take action against the staff responsible for this. India already witnesses enough tragedies every year; one would not want to add another to the list.
