I am a regular traveller by KTCL since its inception decades ago. I have seen a lot of improvement and development over the years and give kudos to the management. But there are exceptions. In the month of August 2026, I must have made at least 25 to 30 trips on the B1 EV bus GA 03 - X - 0658 with driver Rajaram, to Panaji city. On all my 30+ trips I have paid but received a ticket only four or five times. Please do check his monthly report and camera installed in the EV bus for confirmation. If I'm telling lies I will pay KTCL ten times the bus fare and if this particular driver is found at fault recover 10 times from him. Also, ironically there is a lady who travels only on the B1 driven by this driver and though she holds a Smart Transit Card in her hand, she is always standing near the driver and I have never seen her tap the card, neither when entering nor when exiting. I wonder if there is a mutual understanding. You may verify this.
