The offices of the Prime Minister of India, the Central Election Commissioner and the Home Minister's office are constitutional posts that are sworn to conduct their duties with utmost honesty and integrity. In the present circumstance of the CJP and various Opposition parties protesting against the actions of the Central Election Commissioner, namely Gyanesh Kumar who is supposed to be responsible for the deletion of about 13.3 crore names which were earlier registered to have voting rights. First of all, how were initially these 13.3 crore voters registered in the first place. Deletions of lakhs of voters in West Bengal and Bihar are especially stark and unacceptable. The Prime Minister, the Central Election Commissioner and the Home Minister should immediately come clean on the issue. It may also be stated that the Committee which was constituted by the Central Government initially consisted of the Chief Justice of India and then was reconstituted by enacting of a law that included the Prime Minister, a Cabinet Minister and the Leader of the opposition, this was done in order to dismantle this Committee in order to deliberately exclude the Chief Justice of India.
