Prankaj Sekhsaria, a writer, environmental activist, documentary film maker, academic, photographer, and bird watcher from Pune is all set to exhibit his photographs of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands at Carpe Diem beginning from October 29 to November 10. All his photographs are printed on raw silk fabric with the intention of creating a new visual and aesthetic experience. Alongside, he will also be launching his latest book "The Last Wave" a story published by Harper Collins and based in the Islands on the day of the opening of his exhibition. This will be followed by a panel discussion with Clinton Vaz and Rajendra Kerkar who are activists/conservationists and environmentalists along with the artist himself on the subjects of conservation and art.
