Udant, an ngo based in Santa Cruz, working in the field of HIV/AIDS and related issues in Goa organized a successful and all inclusive Women’s day program recently.
The programme was inaugurated by Anita Verma, Disha Kavlekar and Rahila Khan. The organization then felicitated 5 women achievers namely Jayashree Pawar, entrepreneur, Jolene Dias, a differently abled music teacher; Tarang, a women’s group; Siya Shaikh, founder of the group Go Womania, and Antonet Desousa, a rising star in the tiatr sphere. They were awarded trophies and certificates for their respective achievements.
