The chefs have brought together some of the seasons best mushrooms to create an a la carte menu that includes favourites like porcini, portobello, oyster and more.
Items on the menu include mushroom consommé with tallegio tortellini, wild mushrooms with cashew nut pate and red onion marmalade, Portobello Carpaccio, Risotto porcini along with quinoa, chestnuts and parsley; braised lamb with truffle mashed potato and mushroom jus.
