Before Jason Bourne ” the fifth installment in the action-packed Bourne film series ” hits theaters on July 29, Matt Damon (who returns to his most iconic role “ Jason Bourne) wants to make sure you're all caught up on the first three movies “ The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.
So0 he made a video...and it is just 90 seconds long. Yes, you read that right. From pen fights to awesome car chases, Damon tells us everything we need to know about the series and about how the "wicked clever" Bourne gets "super pissed" on occasion. Returning as Jason Bourne, also the name of the movie, Matt is directed by Paul Greengrass, who also directed The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.
They are joined by Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones, while Julia Stiles reprises her role in the series. Frank Marshall again produces alongside Jeffrey Weiner for Captivate Entertainment, and Greengrass, Damon, Gregory Goodman and Ben Smith also produce. Based on characters created by Robert Ludlum, the film is written by Greengrass and Christopher Rouse.
