Boy George loves being a coach on The Voice UK - but one thing he doesn't understand is why it took so long for the BBC to approach him. The Culture Club frontman, who joins fellow newbie Paloma Faith and the returning Ricky Wilson and will.i.am on the talent show this series, argued that he has more experience than people who have been asked to fill the role before. "I always felt like I should be on one of these types of shows. I'm a singer, it's what I have been doing for 30 years, it makes sense, so I always wondered why I hadn't got the call to do it earlier. I see people getting the job and I'm thinking, I've got more experience than you. For me it's like a duck to water," he said.
