The Filmfare Awards this year was extra memorable in Deepika Padukone's case. The actress who received the Best Actress trophy for Piku reads out a very emotional letter from her father after she receiving the award which left many people's eyes moist. However, it turns out that the letter was part of a book written by Sudha Menon called Legacy: Letters from Eminent Parents to their Daughters. The book is a compilation of letters written by reknowned people to their daughters, teaching them life’s lessons. Prakash Padukone’s letter is part of that book too and is addresses to his daughters. But the actress failed to mention this on stage.
