Zuperb Parsi Food and Catering in association with Saligao Stories recently had their monthly Parsi Food PopUp seeing over 60 plus patrons grace the venue on a rainy Sunday afternoon. With foot stomping live music by the father son duo A&J it had many enjoying a lazy fun filled event.
Anisha Hassan of Saligao Stories quips, “The idea of partnering with Zubin and Nolan is th00e quirky combination of two individuals who understand the pulse of what makes the local Goan tick. Live music, scrumptious food all within a reasonable price point. Saligao stories is all about home cooked - no frills wholesome value for money offerings.”
She adds, “We have something extra special in store for the next PopUp at Saligao Stories, where I plan on getting everyone happy high with 5 cocktails added for the same price.Fingers crossed,It’s a seasonal, no repeat menu. Zubin manages the kitchen, Nolan the bar and me and Mani (Zubin’s wife) the service and overall management of the establishment. It’s like a family run affair.”
