Nestle Professional Mumbai and Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences, Verna recently organised Nestle Gastronomix 2017, the annual hospitality students culinary, bakery and bar challenge at the institute. The event witnessed participation from 10 hospitality institutes from Goa and included challenges like All Goa Chef.Com (Student Chef Culinary Excellence Challenge), All Goa Bake.Com (Student Chef Bakery & Patisserie Excellence Challenge), All Goa Bar.Com (Student Mixology Excellence Challenge).
