The Free Bird Night at the Cotinga restraurant at The Tamarind Hotel will host the popular band Alchimix today.
The band will create a fusion between different instruments, styles and vocals while you indulge in some great food and drinks served at the restaurant.
Alchimix is a nomadic world fusion music collective which seamlessly blends different instruments and styles. The band, which was started in South of France brings cultural experience and a unique sense of musical composition that can be attributed to their in depth knowledge of Eastern and Western form.
They meld forgotten mediums of music with conventional modern styles. The band consists of a melange of instruments such as violin, beatbox, hangdrum, bass, violin, guitar combined with African and Middle Eastern vocals with free flow dance.
