The Fatorda police have registered a FIR against one Narsappa for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl. The police have acted on a complaint filed by a woman alleging that her minor sister has been kidnapped from Fatorda on December 5 from her lawful custody.
The police are investigating the matter.
