Enjoy the best of movies and the best of food options, this IFFI 2015 as Palate Fest Pvt Ltd is launching the IFFI Palate International Food Village from today onwards. The three-and-a-half day culinary experience will happen at the forest park right opposite the Marquinez Palace, where visitors can sample delectable offerings from restaurants like Olive Bar, Chaayos, Fat Lulus, Giani as well as Goan favourite food spots like Edward's Yard and VasQuito.

“The Palate Fest was first started in Delhi in November 2014. Following the good response we also had another mini fest in March this year. We have decided to bring a limited version of the festival to Goa for IFFI and this will be our first project outside Delhi,” says Ruchi Sibal, who together with Aditi Kapoor are the brains behind this fest. According to Kapoor, the food options will be at affordable rates. “We have told the restaurants involved to keep the pricing within the Rs 500 range,” she states. Apart from fine cuisine, three artists Dhiraj Pednekar (Bioscope), Katharina Poggendorf (Infinite Shakti) and Subodh Kerkar (Chicken Cafreal) will be setting up their art installations at the village. An interesting line up of entertainment in the form of love music acts has also been planned for the event which include Delhi-based music group Space Cadets.
