After the hugely successful inaugural event starring Hari and Sukhmani bringing traditional and folk Punjabi Sufi songs to Goa, this is Noor-e-Roohani’s second edition in Goa, featuring Jasleen Royal. Jasleen is a Ludhiana-based singer who rose to fame with ‘Panchi Ho Jaava’ and also made her Bollywood debut in the movie ‘Khoobsurat’ with the song ‘Preet’.
And not only is she a singing sensation but also a songwriter and music composer. Young and uniquely talented, Jasleen Royal can collectively play the mouth organ, guitar and tambourine. In addition, she also plays the keyboards. This gifted artist can sing in various languages like Punjabi, Hindi and English. Royal is now set to release her own album called “Ghomte Phirte” a musical adaptation of poem penned by well know Punjabi poet Shiv Kumar Batalvi. According to Noor Rahi,who has been part of the event and artist’s management industry for over a decade, "
