Pop singer Taylor Swift keeps hopping from one controversy to the next these days. After the fall out with former boyfriend Calvin Harris, the singer is now in the eye of a storm after Kim Kardashian and Kanye West posted incriminating evidence seemingly showing her approving those lyrics in 'Famous' which she publicly condemned in her Grammys acceptance speech. And Melbourne street artist Lushsux recently created a mural paying respects to Taylor and painted the words "In Loving Memory of Taylor Smith" on it. Lushsux has admitted that the Smith was just a typo and added that Taylor Swift's lawyers have already threatened legal action against him, although the whole thing was just a bit of fun. "I think the City of Melbourne won't be the problem, it will be some ice head graffiti goon that will ruin the fun," said Lushsux. This isn't the first time Lushsux has commented on pop culture through large pieces of street art. The artist created a building sized mural of Kim Kardashian West's infamous nude selfie earlier this year, but the graffiti was tagged over within a matter of days. The graffiti has since been painted over and turned into a memorial for late gorilla Harambe who was controversially shot after a child fell into his enclosure.
