Eko Purjiono, Executive Sous Chef, Alila Villas Uluwatu brings to Goa a list of Balinese culinary secrets to be showcased across the restaurants at Alila Diwa Goa.

With an a la carte and buffet menu available Chef Eko will display his love for the richly spiced flavours of Balinese cuisine combined with the sweet essence unique to his hometown of Klaten, Central Java. On the menus put together by him will be some of his favourite local dishes like Lawar Udang (green papaya salad with prawn), a simple yet flavourful dish, and Bali’s famous Ayam Betutu, steamed chicken cooked in a delicious blend of sweet and spice, among many others. His cooking will be filled with the taste of lemon grass and kaffir lime, red chillies, creamy taste of coconut and the mild flavour of garlic. The aroma of this flavoursome food will take you on a journey through the culinary heritage of the island.

January 20 and 21 - A 4 course set menu available at Vivo Courtyard for dinner.
