Sanjeev Kapoor's The Yellow Chilli which is redefining Indian food globally was officially launched on September 16 in North Goa with the promise to bring exclusive fare of delightful Indian cuisine for Goan foodies.

Reflecting Kapoor's culinary excellence, the menu draws from the North-West Frontier area with exotic picks from the Mughal era and specific regions of Punjab including some of his signature dishes, both in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, like Shaam Savera, Lalla Mussa Dal, Lawrence Road Tandoori Murgh, Puran Singh da Tariwala Murgh, Raan Buzzkazi and decadent desserts like Gulab-e-Gulkand, etc. Besides this, the menu also features exotic preparations made from the fresh sea produce available in Goa “ Bhatti ka Jhinga, Fish Tikka Masala, Rawa Fry, Home Style Curry with choices like pomfret, king fish, tiger prawns, etc.
