The Transalento Sunset Session is a three day event which started on March 11 and winds up on March 13 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm every evening.
Transalento is being touted as a world-fusion musical project, which mixes Indian classical tunes, the ancient, haunting sound of the didjeridoo, a long hollow wind instrument which was used by the aborigines of Australia, with original compositions and contemporary music.
The interesting blend of ancient music, aborigine tunes with contemporary musical culture and original compositions should make it a promising outing for you and your friends, if they aren’t exactly afraid of diverse experimentation in music.
What you can expect at the Transalento Sunset Session are live vocals, didjeridoo performance, face bass, percussion, tribal spirit and groovey electric beats all of this coming together in one place. Transalento has put together different styles and musical languages, enhancing the power of rhythm and melodies.
