Pen Pineapple Apple Pen “ Four words that make complete sense separately, or if you put the pineapple and apple into a juicer and do the crossword with the pen while waiting for some yummy juice to get made. But one Japanese fellow decided to make a song about it and then he shortened it to PPAP. It looks funny and sounds funny, so it must be funny, right? Yes, absolutely!

The Japanese are quite famous for coming with some far out crazy movies, videos and even songs. Their neighbours Korea have made a made genre out of it. K-Pop is now a commercial success but when it was a burgeoning movement, it was filled with kinky stuff. The Japanese on the other hand, take kinky to a whole new level and while this song is not kinky in the least. It has spawned a mini revolution of sorts in Japan.
