Reports did the rounds in political circles that the Congress Goa desk in-charge, Dinesh Gundu Rao, may call on Rahul Gandhi with a clear brief to apprise him on the leadership issue staring at the Goa Congress. The reports even spoke of a mechanism to tide over the leadership tangle in the event GPCC Chief Girishbab’s resignation finds favour with Rahul Gandhi. Wait and watch.
