Hazard a guess what stopped the unstoppable Capt Viriatobab Fernandes from explaining the political events in 2017 and the return of the BJP to power that year. Well, at the Opinion Poll day celebrations at the Lohia Maidan, Capt Viriatobab was explaining the chronology of events, explaining the rule by governments and its decisions on coal. When it came to 2017, however, the Capt maintained he has been requested by groups partaking in the celebrations not to delve into the 2017 political history. Someone from the audience was overheard reminding that the BJP had come to power with Goa Forward support in 2017. Interesting, isn’t it?
