Has Congress put a plan in place, not only to keep its flock together but preempt rivals from poaching its winning candidates and Independents, who may not be averse to supporting the party to form the government? With politicians of all hues in touch with whoever that matters in government formation, will the Congress leadership put in place a counter plan to keep the saffron brigade at bay?
