Residents of Pajifond ward in Fatorda constituency wondered for a moment whether the Congress-Goa Forward alliance is down and out. For, Friday morning saw a Congress propaganda vehicle with a banner of Opposition leader Diggu moving around the ward. In fact, residents wondered how come the vehicle was propagating the Congress message in Fatorda constituency when the party has left the seat for the Goa Forward. Questions were raised whether the Congress vehicle had come to support the party’s alliance partner or that the vehicle just strayed into the ward, neighbouring Margao.
