It was a week when Cavelossim sarpanch Dixonbab Vaz celebrated his birthday by launching projects with CSR on the occasion of Panchayat Foundation Day. Political observers were quick to figure out Dixonbab’s future political plans. In the run-up to the 2022 Assembly polls, Dixonbab and incumbent AAP Benaulim MLA Venzybab Viegas had emerged as Churchillbab’s challengers, before Dixonbab withdrew himself from the race.
