Hazard a guess on the leader who has rallied behind NCP candidate Filipe Nery for the Velim seat. Well, former Zilla Panchayat member Anthony Rodrigues, who had crossed swords with Filipe Nery in the 2017 assembly polls on the Goa Forward Party banner, is backing the NCP candidate with his supporters.
