Goa Forward Chief Vijai Sardesai is hurt and disturbed after the Congress rejected his claim for the San Andre and Canacona seats. The moot question that remains unanswered is simple “ has Vijai any options at his disposal to strike back at the Congress when the process of nominations is set to kick start two days from now. Vijai and his Goa Forward brigade must now be hoping the Congress concedes the Mandrem seat to the regional outfit.
