Well, none other than the Goa Forward chief claimed that the government’s decision to sabotage his carnival programme did not go down well with a couple of Cabinet Ministers. In fact, if sources are to be believed, a Minister even tried to intervene with a senior functionary in a bid to bail out the Goa Forward chief, but in vain. Any takers?
